Our in-depth 3-hour workshops cover BIRTHFIT’s Four Pillars (fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection), breath, movement and how practicing in each of these pillars makes for an empowered and educated pregnancy, birth and postpartum!

Our 1-hour workshops cover special topics related to the Motherhood Transition such as core strength, nutrition, and preconception wellness.
